About Malcolm Roach

Malcolm Roach M.I.C.M is the Managing Director of Wincham Investments Limited, a UK registered company set up in 1994 to advise people buying property in foreign markets. 

The company was founded to provide Consultancy services to people wishing to purchase property both abroad and in the UK.

Malcolm is a Member of the Institute of Credit Management and has had over 30 years experience in establishing, developing and running many successful businesses.

His companies have been listed many times in the Fast Track 100 and INDI 100 Top 100 Private Companies in the UK.

Wincham Investments has been investing in Spain since 1982 and currently operates a substantial property portfolio in both Spain and the UK. Malcolm also manages a subsidiary company, Companies 4 U Limited which is a Companies House agent dealing with Company Formation, and Company Secretarial and Professional Services.
